Las Vegas, NV – Legend-Morphy Rare Coin Auctions wrapped up their Regency Auction V in Las Vegas last Thursday, the fifth sale under the "Regency" banner and sixth overall for the auction house. The sale was held at The Venetian / The Palazzo during the PCGS Members Only Show. Following several weeks of online pre-bidding the auction realized strong numbers and smashed estimates on a number of lots, fueled by spirited floor, phone, and live internet bidding. Auctioneer Ron Guth returned to the podium for the second straight Legend-Morphy sale since coming out of retirement, setting the pace and calling the auction, which began at 6 PM PT and lasted three exciting hours.
