Jaime Hernandez: Jefferson Nickels from the 1960's are very challenging to locate with Full Steps. The 1960-P is no exception with about 2 dozen or so known with Full Steps in all grades combined. In Uncirculated grades without the Full Steps they are also very scarce with less than a few hundred known. There are no MS67 examples of this issue nor in any higher condition.
