Jaime Hernandez: The 1947-S Roosevelt Dime is one of the scarcer coins n the Roosevelt Dime series. It has a mintage of approximately 35 million coins struck. Most other dates have mintages well over 35 million. This issue is fairly common up to about MS66 condition. In MS67 condition it is scarce,  yet still obtainable for a reasonable premium. In MS68 condition without Full Bands it is almost unheard of, however, a few examples have been graded.

With the Full Bands designation in it is truly scarce in MS67 FB, with about 100 examples known more or less. In MS68 Full Bands it is extremely tough to find and about a dozen or so examples are known.
