Ron Guth: The 1941-S Nickel is a common date and it is only slightly scarcer than some other dates with Full Steps.  MS67 Full Step 1941-S Nickels are truly rare and, to be worth the biggest premium, the strike should be as bold as possible, with full lines extending their full length.
