Expert Comments

David Hall: This issue is average rarity in Gem MS65 condition for silver (pre-1965) Washington quarters. However, in superb MS66 and MS67 condition, the 1951-S is one of the easier Washingtons to locate. I have seen a number of gorgeously toned MS67s over the years.
