Ron Guth:  The 1939 Doubled MONTICELLO Nickel is a true condition-rarity and is one of the most difficult Jefferson Nickels to find with Full Steps.  PCGS has certified less than 21 examples (as of June 2012), the finest of which is a single MS66+FS.
