The set is tough enough with the rare 1873-CC No Arrows, but throw in the early proofs, and you are looking at a set that may be nearly impossible to complete. Only three 1838 No Drapery quarters were minted and PCGS has only graded one. PCGS has never graded an 1839 No Drapery quarter which has a mintage of only two.
