Owner's Comments

Expert Comments

David Akers (1975/88): The 1888 is reasonably obtainable in any condition including gem uncirculated. Although most uncs are frosty, I have seen some proof-like business strikes of this date, but none of them have appeared to me to be deceptive enough to be mistaken for proofs.
