1991-S Silver Dollar PR70DCAM: USO { PCGS-3 } (Dec'2009) Mintage: 371,275 (proof) Released to mark the 50th anniversary of the United Service Organization, this somewhat "tokenesque" piece does have perfect highly reflective mirrors and heavily frosted devices.

Jaime Hernandez: The 1991-S USO Commemorative Silver Dollar was issued to commemorate the 50th Anniversary of the USO Organization. The USO attends hundreds of locations worldwide every year to up build confidence and morale for troops and its families.

Obverse: Features a banner with the words USO and six stars on it. It has the inscriptions, In God We Trust, 50th Anniversary, Liberty 1992.

Reverse: Features an eagle perched on top of the globe. The eagle has a ribbon in its beak indicating USO. Below the eagle and globe are 11 stars. The reverse design also has the inscriptions, United States of America, Fifty Years Service, E Pluribus Unum, To Service People and One Dollar."
