About this set: Nickel type set depicting historical events involving the minting of five cent nickels since 1866. Last year mintmark is either Philadelphia or San Francisco if in proof, otherwise Denver if there were no proofs that year. First year mintmarks are Philadelphia since it was in Philadelphia that the first United States federal coining facility was established.
