"Miss Kitty! Miss Kitty!"

"What is it, Festus?"

"Thar's a bunch of Injuns gatherin'. Looks like a big 'ole showdown. Better git the marshal!"

OK, so this isn't Dodge City and it's not Gunsmoke, but sure as shootin' there's gonna be a SHOWDOWN!

On June 26th, a new Indian cent collection was registered in the PCGS Set Registry. With 100% full Red color and an amazing set rating of 67.28, the Ally Collection landed in the top spot, winning recognition in the 2002 Set Registry Awards, and nudging the Richard Collection down to number two. Messages of congratulations were sent out from the forum members to the owner of the Ally Collection for his fine set.

But there was a lone voice that disagreed that the Ally Collection was the current finest set. Stewart Blay, the owner of five 2002 award winning Lincoln cent sets, stated that his Indian cent set, although not yet listed in the Registry, was far superior. And to prove it he was willing to put his set up head-to-head with the Ally Collection or any other set that wished to challenge his claim.

What resulted next was a SHOWDOWN of Indian cent collections, sponsored by the PCGS Set Registry. On September 26-28 at the Long Beach Coin, Stamp & Collectibles Expo, you are invited to review at the PCGS booth three of the finest known Indian cent collections.

Displayed together in all of their glory will be:

The Stewart Blay Collection, now #1 in the PCGS Set Registry,

The Ally Collection, set number #2 in the Registry,

And the Richard Collection, listed number #3 in the Registry.

Each one of these sets deserves bragging rights, but YOU be the judge! Which set is the best? Stop by booth #807, and take a gander at these three awesome collections. Meet gunslinger Stewart Blay and the Set Registry staff, BJ Searls (the Marshal), Carol Bennett (Miss Kitty), and Gayle Kean (Festus).

For show dates and times, visit the Long Beach Show web site: http://www.longbeachshow.com.

Should you have any further questions about the SHOWDOWN, please contact BJ Searls at mailto:bj@collectors.com.

We look forward to meeting you in Long Beach!
