PCGS has developed a NEW initiative to make it easy for people to either sell their newly acquired coins, or develop their collections and an active interest in our wonderful hobby. And are actively seeking PCGS Authorized Dealers to get behind us and actively support this most worthwhile goal.

To help people who are new to coins figure out what to do with them, we’ve launched an innovative new website – PCGS.com/StartHere. The website gives people who have just acquired coin collections, possibly through an inheritance or rediscovering an old collection they started as a kid, a place to go. We want to reach as many of them as possible, so we’re supporting it with an aggressive marketing campaign in a broad spectrum of media, including e-Collector and the PCGS website.

The true beauty of it is, for people new to coins, going toPCGS.com/StartHere is STEP 1!

For dealers, it means new business from new sources – people who may not otherwise be interested in coins who need your help. In some cases, you may simply help them sell their coins. In other cases, you may encourage them to become interested in the hobby, and create long-term business relationships in the process. Either way, you will gain access to new coins and have the opportunity to expand your business.

Dealers who commit to the program will be included on a list of participating PCGS Authorized Dealers we will publish on the PCGS.com/StartHere site. A new collector simply has to click on the link to his/her nearest dealer to contact you.
