Quarterly Grading Special
2nd Quarter 2013: April 1 – June 30, 2013
Restoration Service with Free TrueView: You Choose Quantity of Coins!
Please follow the guidelines outlined below to ensure your submission is processed in a timely manner.
- Quarterly Special must be submitted on its own submission form
- Choose either Secure or Standard Service Group (unable to mix)
- Indicate either Normal, Expedited, or Walkthrough Service
- Select TrueView Imaging Service
- Notate “Quarterly Special” on the submission form
- Include method of payment (credit card) for restoration, grading, and shipping fees
- Ensure to initial and sign all applicable areas on submission form
Additional guidelines:
- Quarterly Special submissions are unlimited during 2nd Quarter 2013
- Clearly mark the outside of your package CC Special
- Submission must be postmarked by June 30, 2013
- Valid for Collectors Club members in good standing
- This offer cannot be combined with any other offer, or submission
- Turnaround time on submission is dependent on selected service

1st Quarter 2013: January 1 – March 31, 2013
Regular Service with Free TrueView: Submit four (4) coins and receive TrueView imaging free!
Please follow the guidelines outlined below to ensure your submission is processed in a timely manner.
- Quarterly Special must be submitted on its own submission form
- Choose either Secure or Standard Service Group (unable to mix)
- Select Regular Service Level and TrueView Imaging Service
- Notate “Quarterly Special” on the other service level line
- Include payment for Regular grading fees ($45 Secure or $32 Standard), return shipping fee (for all coins on submission), and handling fee
Additional guidelines:
- Quarterly Special submissions are unlimited during 1st Quarter 2013
- Clearly mark the outside of your package CC Special
- Submission must be postmarked by March 31, 2013
- Valid for Collectors Club members in good standing
- This offer cannot be combined with any other offer, or submission
- Submission must contain only the number of coins listed above (4)
- Turnaround time on submission is approximately 20 business days
