New Set Registry Video on PCGS Website!
Practically since its inception, the PCGS Set Registry has come to be known as THE
PLACE for collectors to go to display their collections, enjoy friendly competition
with fellow collectors, and most of all to have fun. But don't just take our word
for it. Go to www.pcgs.com and check out
the video in the upper right-hand corner. Find out what renowned collectors Jim
Porter, Dr. Steven Duckor, Dale Friend and Stewart Blay have to say about their
experiences with the Set Registry. Enjoy!
The Unique 1870-S Half Dime: "It's So SMALL!"
"It's so small." Most of us have all heard this expression at one time or another.
It might be a dealer describing a nick, scratch or spot on a coin he's trying to
sell to us. Or the woman of our dreams whispering this after she sees the diamond
ring we've just proposed to her with.

2009 Lincoln Cent Redesigned
On September 22, the United States Mint gave collectors and the public a glimpse
of the four different Lincoln cent reverse designs which will be used in 2009. Not
only does 2009 hallmark the 200th anniversary of Abraham Lincoln's birth, it also
marks the 100th anniversary of America's most popular and favorite copper coin -
the Lincoln cent.

The owner of ESM collection wins his first Large Cent award in 2008, but his complete
Cent collection is well known to those who follow the Set Registry. The Large Cent
collection is complete, including the major varieties and is part of the larger
ESM collection of Complete Cents that has won top honors three years running. Those
who have completed the Large Cent collection with varieties know how difficult some
of the issues can be, as Large Cent aficionados are among the most rabid in numismatics!
Congratulations to the owner of the ESM collection for this major accomplishment.
