This included Massachusetts Bay, a colony established in 1628 encompassing a large area of modern-day Boston and extending all the way to Salem, Massachusetts. Tips on Using PCGS CoinFacts

Each page of PCGS Coinfacts was designed to show the best condition examples of a particular coin in descending grade order. Because there are only three spots on each page, lots of images are hidden in the background. But, that doesn’t mean they can’t be seen. There’s a nifty link on each page on the left side, just above the primary image, titled “View All Coin Images”.
As a kid, I remember spending half dollars. Walkers and Franklins were seen in commerce regularly, and it was quite a useful coin. Yes, it was a little large, but still fit comfortably in a pocket.
