Importance of Declared Values
Please keep in mind that the declared value section is crucial in filling out the submission forms properly. The values you declare for each coin affect the service type and shipping fees. Each coin submitted must have an individual value on the submission form. Please follow the declared value rules stated on the submission form. Failure to comply with the stated rules can delay your order. PCGS appreciates your attention to this matter.

PCGS Coin Numbers
Submissions received without coin numbers will cause delays in order processing. Click here for PCGS Coin Number Lookup

Signatures Required On All Submission Forms
Failure to sign your submission form will cause significant delays in processing your order.

Packages
When mailing packages to PCGS, please be sure to tape the entire package. By taping the package well, you'll reduce the chances of tampering during shipping and prevent coins slipping through openings in the box.

Types of Submissions
You may submit coins through grading, regrading or crossover at any of these service levels.

Grading: Use the "Grading" service for coins that have not been graded by any grading service.

Regrade: Use the "Regrade" service for coins previously graded by PCGS that you feel might be worthy of a higher grade. Submit the coins in the holder. We guarantee that the coins will not be downgraded.

Crossover: Use the "Crossover" service for coins previously graded by another grading service. Submit the coins in the holder to PCGS. We will grade the coins and put them in a PCGS holder only if the PCGS grade meets or exceeds the other grading company's grade (unless specifically instructed differently by you). You cannot specify a higher minimum grade. If the PCGS grade is lower than the other grading company's grade, we will return the coin to you in the original holder. MS/PR 70 coins must have a minimum grade of 69 or lower.
