Ron Guth: The 1970-S Nickel is scarce with Full Steps, but this date is nowhere near as rare as many of the dates of the mid-1960s to early 1970's, where the population of PCGS-graded examples is either extremely low or non-existent.  The finest examples certified by PCGS are a pair of MS66FS gems.
