Jaime Hernandez: The 1986-D Kennedy Half Dollar is fairly common. The U.S. Mint struck over 15 million examples, so just about anyone can own one inexpensively. Only in grades of MS67 does it sppear to be scarce. Anything above MS67 grade is really scarce.
