All Matte Proof Lincoln Cents were struck from 1909 to 1916 and they are all scarce for the most part. All of the Matte proof Lincoln cents have mintages under 4,200 making them very scarce. The 1910 Proof is one of the more available dates in the series, if not the most available. It has the highest mintage of 4,118 coins struck. All other dates have mintages under 3,000.
The survival rate is much lower for this date compared to its mintage. At PCGs we have seen less than 500 examples combined. And possibly about 1,500 or less are known to exist despite having a mintage of over 4,000. Therefore, all Matte Proof Lincoln Cents are scarce including the 1910 even though it's mintage indicates it is the most common, in reality it is not as common as reported.
