This is a lovely coin. It's one of those rare ones that even under 20x, you can't see a flaw. Alas, it has to settle for being an MS69PQ in my estimation.
The 2001 $10 Mint State Platinum Eagle has one of the higher mintages in the $10 Uncirculated Platinum Eagle series. Therefore, examples up to about MS69 condition can be purchased at a small percentage over the spot price of platinum. Examples in perfect MS70 condition are much more difficult to find and expect to pay a significant premium over MS69 prices when buying a perfect MS70 example.
