CERTIFICATION#: 16294736
PCGS#: 39976

Owner's Comments

B-12,BB-26 3 Leaves. Hard to find in EF or higher grade. Note the so called rim nicks seen on both Obv. and Rev.(Reverse more noticable). This is caused by the edge device being off center in the coin with the die crack coming up from the rim through the 7 into the Bust, Known as Bolender die state 12a( Bowers-Die State-II). This coin has exceptional blue iridescent toning and I grade it AU50 and would take it over the Bowers' plate coin graded as PCGS-AU55 which has adjustment marks on the obverse bust and at 2 o'clock. R5. Est Pop. 100-150 coins. High CC coin. Head of 1795. No plugs known.
