About this set: From the Experts at PCGS
You may notice that the Lyons Collection had nearly the same average grade as the best possible set, and that pretty much says it all. This was a truly incredible set with great care taken to not only find high quality coins, but to find the highest quality coin. Some of the highlights (though most every coin was) included the Eliasberg specimen of the 1887 in MS67 (a finest known) as well as an outstanding 1888 in MS68. This set was one of the finest ever assembled. Though some of the coins were not graded by PCGS, the set was nearly perfect to the coin.
