Jaime Hernandez: The 2003-P Kennedy Half Dollar has one of the lowest mintages in the series. This date date did not go into circulation, therefore, it is fairly easy to buy raw examples at affordable prices. Only MS68 examples or higher are scarce and command a strong premium.
