Even though the mint reported 100,000 Dimes struck in 1822, its scarcity suggests not all may have born that date. In thirty years, PCGS has certified only 91 specimens (only about three per year) and three quarters of these have been in grades of Fine, or lower. Only about two dozen exist in VF or better, and while the prices in these grades are not prohibitive, locating one will not be easy as they appear infrequently to say the least. The Cent, Quarter and Half should present little difficulty this year.

Notes: This set has bonuses. Please see the Set Composition for a listing.
