There are two ways you can submit coins to PCGS for grading and authentication. We recommend you join the PCGS Collectors Club. If you prefer to submit them through an authorized dealer, you can locate one here: PCGS Authorized Dealers.

Once you have received your Membership Packet, submit your coins:
  1. Get and fill out a Submission Form for U.S. Coins or Submission Form for World Coins. Tips: Use the PCGS Price Guide for the Declared Value of your coins. You can use our Online Submission Service to enter your information directly into our system.
  2. Package your coins safely along with your Submission Form(s). Click here for information on how to package and ship your coins.
  3. Mail your coins. We recommend that you mail your package via Registered Mail through the USPS. Please mail packages to:

    Your coin is logged into the system, and goes through the authentication/grading/verification/encapsulation process. View our Grading Process Video above.
