Goldline helps investors and collectors throughout the United States acquire precious metals, rare coins and other numismatics. As part of the transaction, key management increased their equity ownership in the Company. CIVC’s investment will provide additional resources for the continued expansion of the Company, while preserving the superior levels of service that Goldline clients have come to expect.
