About This Set: From the Experts at PCGS
As hard as we might try to present a positive spin here, this is an uncharacteristically weak showing for the Norwebs, particularly when the "No Periods" variety is so easy to find in high grade. Sure, the "Penny" and the "Shilling" are tough varieties, but we find it hard to believe that, with their considerable resources and connections, the Norwebs never had opportunities to purchase either!
