Legend Rare Coin Auctions Auction February Premier Session 2018 Feb-2018 Sharply struck and brilliantly lustrous, white silver this scarce Morgan dollar has a lot to offer! Frosty devices stand out against the cartwheel lustrous fields. Liberty's cheek is very clean and missing any serious marks or cuts that often plague that area of the design. The eye appeal is very pleasing, and this coin will fit in any GEM set of Morgans. PCGS 410, NGC 118. There are only 19 examples graded MS65+ at PCGS, and this date becomes very rare any finer. The last few non-CAC examples sold in the $2,200-$2,400 range and the current PCGS Price Guide value is listed at $3,350. Keep in mind that a 66 will cost between $4,500 and $5,000. Sure to delight any Morgan dollar collector. Cert. Number 33272730 PCGS # 7170
