Legend Rare Coin Auctions Auction The Regency Auction 28 Sep-2018 Gorgeously toned and exceptionally well preserved, this is a fantastic SUPERB GEM example of this over mintmark variety. A beautiful band of rainbow forms a halo at the obverse rim, blending to a mottled gold and icy blue at the center. The reverse is toned in bands of blue, gold, and orange. The color is very pretty and brought out by a wonderful mint luster. PCGS 244, NGC 151, CAC 37. There are 23 graded 67+ at PCGS. The most recent PCGS/CAC MS67+ to sell in auction realized $4,080 and since the second half of 2014, these have sold in the $3,290 to $4,080 range. The current PCGS Price Guide value is listed at $4,650. There is only a single MS68 finer at PCGS, and it has never sold in auction. We anticipate strong bidding when this one crosses the block and it is the perfect fit to any high end set. Cert. Number 34807208 PCGS # 3985
