Legend Rare Coin Auctions Auction September Premier Session 2018 Sep-2018 No question, this is a delightful Frankie. It really is a borderline MS67. The surfaces are really clean and smooth. Only using a strong glass could we find two microscopic ticks that probably kept this coin from an MS67 designation. A full booming cartwheel like luster beams boldly from all over. Both sides are bathed in natural cardboard holder shades of pale navy/deep reddish gold. This is NOT a dull or drab coin. All of the details are sharply struck and the eye appeal is totally gorgeous! PCGS 307, NGC 63, CAC 79. PCGS has graded 26 in MS66+. The last PCGS CAC piece to sell in auction brought $397 back in September 2014. Fast forward: nice pieces like this are worth more! Cert. Number 84332155 PCGS # 86653
