PCGS Guidelines
U.S. Regular and Economy Special Guidelines:
- Submission must contain five (5) coins or more.
- For every five (5) coins submitted on one submission, you will be charged the grading fees for four (4). For example, if you submit 20 coins, you will pay the grading fees for only 16.
- Offer is valid for Standard or Gold Shield Service (cannot mix).
- Special is valid for U.S. coins only. World (non-U.S.) coins are not eligible for this special (cannot mix).
- Offer is valid for Regular and Economy service levels only.
- Only one service level may be selected per submission form.
- All add-on services other than Gold Shield are not included in this special. Those fees would still be applied.
- Minimum grades are not accepted.
- Under the type of submission section, indicate the “Regular” or “Economy” box.
- Under the “Other” service level, indicate “Quarterly Special – U.S. Regular or U.S. Economy.”
- All coins valued higher than the permitted maximum value for the select service level are subject to service-fee adjustments and will not qualify for this special.
Additional Guidelines:
- Offer is valid for unlimited submissions.
- Offer is valid for submissions to the PCGS U.S. office only.
- All submissions must be postmarked by September 30, 2023.

- Valid for U.S. notes only. World (non-U.S.) notes are not eligible for this special. (Cannot mix).
- Notes must be valued at $10,000 or less to qualify.
- Valid for Express levels only.
- The 10% discount is applied only to the grading fee. Add-on services are not included.
- Minimum grades are not accepted.
- Under the type of submission section, check off the “Express” box.
- Under the “Other” service level, indicate “Quarterly Special - High Denoms.”
- Submission must include only notes being submitted for the special. The submission cannot be mixed with non-qualifying items.
