A scarce but easily identified variety. This is the only reverse with 3 leaves under the eagles wings. Also there is a large die break through the left wing and the eagle's body. Usually the strike above the die break is almost flat while the detail below is very sharp. Over the years I have owned four examples of this variety, all VF or XF. Very seldom seen with perhaps 15 different examples coming to auction in the past 10 years.
