Ron Guth:

The 1807 Overton 115 is one of the rarest of all the Draped Bust Half Dollar varieties. The variety was first reported in June 2004. Only four are known as of March 2011, the finest of which is the PCGS VF-20 from the celebrated Meyer Collection. This variety combines a previously unkown obverse die with the same reverse that was used on 1807 Overton 103 and 1807 Overton 105.
