This is the third year in which the Mint struck Proof Eisenhower Dollars and the first year in which they sruck Clad Proofs for this series. Most coins are very common in grades of PR63-PR67 oly in PR69 to they become a little scarce. In perfect PR70 condition they are really scarce with none being graded in PR70DCam by PCGS.
