Jaime Hernandez:

The 2000-D New Hampshire State Quarter was officially released on August 07, 2000. It was the fourth quarter released for the year and the ninth quarter released in the State Quarters Program.

It is very easy to find circulated examples in circulation. In higher Uncirculated grades of MS66 and higher it is much more difficult to find. In MS67 many examples were probably pulled from rolls, banks or mint sets. In MS68 condition or higher they are very scarce.
