On January 31, 2011, the U.S. Mint officially began sales of the three different Army Commemorative coin designs. One of the three designs is for the Uncirculated and Proof Silver Dollars. The second design is for the Uncirculated and Proof Clad Half Dollars. And finally, the third design was used for the $5 Uncirculated and Proof Gold coins.
