Estimated grade. Louis Eliasberg did own a 1933 $20. He purchased the coin from Philadelphia dealer Ira Reed in 1944 for $1,000. He surrendered the coin to the U.S. Treasury in 1952 due to the government's pursuit of and claim that all existing 1933 $20 were stolen from the Mint. The Eliasberg example was most probably MS64 quality.
