The Proof set for 1902 continued the pattern set in 1892 and contained an Indian Cent, Liberty Nickel, the three Barber silver coins and the Morgan Dollar. This set is of typical rarity for the period, and putting together a nice high grade set should not prove too expensive or time consuming. Proof Gold after 1901 is less frequently seen frosted, as the mint went to an all brilliant finish. Like all Proof Gold, the coins for 1902 are very rare. Frequently years can go by between offerings of PCGS-certified pieces.
Notes: This set has bonuses. Please see the Set Composition for a listing.
