Illinois Set

About This Set: I started building this set in 2005 with one of my most experienced collectors. His goal was to focus on finest known Morgan Dollars, an area of my expertise, and to build the finest Morgan Sets of All-Time. Many of the Dollars have excellent pedigree, i.e. Eliasberg and Jack Lee. Most of the Dollars earned the PQ Approved and CAC Stickers. This 117-coin Morgan Dollar PCGS Set currently contains 15 coins that are single finest known, and 36 coins that are tied for finest known. I have many clients building high-end PCGS/NGC registry sets, but one of the proudest moments of my 59-year numismatic career was the day I posted the Illinois Morgan Dollar set.
