In 2011 I had the unique opportunity to purchase several Top Pops I needed from Justin Spivacks retired set. The set was ranked #1 at the time. Justin and his sister Lauren searched tens of thousands (maybe more) of Presidential dollars to find the very best examples available. Those coins added to this #2 set at the time, has made this collection of Presidential dollars one of the top registry sets.
