About This Set: BOTBOTW: (1878-1921) The first Morgan dollar to become a part of this set is the 1888-P PO01. Ever since this coin was discovered it has been in a No. #1 low ball set where ever it stops off to rest at. Next up is this 1893-CC PO01 Morgan dollar. Often called a "Condition Rarity" because of the demand and nostalgia surrounding the Carson City mint and the GSA sales in the mid 1960s. High grades of this 1893-CC Morgan dollar are forever being sought after. With the ending of the 19th century fast approaching this 1892-O PO01 PCGS graded coin has stood the test of time. Scarce and just plain difficult to find a grade this low. In January of 2011 this 1897-S PO01 Morgan dollar became the most talked about coin on the PCGS Blog. Yet here with this coin you have yet another No. #1 set being graced by its presence. This set includes (2) "One of a Kind" PO01 Morgan dollars a most challenging accomplishment in a short set. This last coin is often sought and seldom seen in grades of PO01 or FR02s. The 1921-D PO01 was for the most part very much elusive and difficult to come by. With it being the only date the Morgan dollar was struck at the Denver mint this coin is very much in demand to help complete at least (3-4) different low ball set(s) and even some 1921-D VAM coins for yet the Top100 set as well. Thank you for your interest in this unique mint-mark low ball set. Created: 08/06/2012 Last Update: 09/05/2012
