1795 Overton 115 is a rare variety that is difficult to locate in just about any grade.  Only a single Mint State example is known and the PCGS CoinFacts Condition Census dips down to XF45.  The obverse always shows a raised die chip below the first star, plus numerous light die cracks connecting several stars and some letters of the legends (this may have caused the early retirement of the die).
