CAC, Pop 2 PCGS, None Higher. Rare to find toned DCAMS. Beautiful coin! Have a 66 but this is nicer.

The 1863 Proof Liberty Seated Quarter was surprisingly saved by many collectors. Therefore, today many examples still exist, despite having a somewhat of a low mintage of 460. At PCGS we have graded hundreds of examples in all grades combined. In Proof 65 and PR66 it becomes much scarcer. And examples displaying Cameo surfaces are even scarcer, with Deep Cameo examples being considered rare.
