Expert Comments

Jaime Hernandez

The 1919-S is a semi key date in the Lincoln Cent series. Examples in circulated grades are fairly common and can be purchased inexpensively. In Uncirculated condition it becomes scarce in MS65 grade or higher. Examples displaying full red surfaces are much harder to locate.
