The 1930-S Lincoln cent is one of the more difficult issues to find in MS64 condition or higher. In grades of MS65 they are a bit uncommon but still available. In MS66 it becomes very difficult with no more than a couple of hundred examples available. In MS67 it is extremely difficult to locate with about a handful of known examples to exist with none being finer.
