The 1959-P Franklin Half Dollar is common in circulated grades up to MS64 condition. It can still be bought in rolls in MS64 condition and lower. In MS65 condition most examples have been pulled from rolls and mint sets, with many of them being submitted to get graded. In MS66 conmdition it is really diificult to find and less than 100 examples are known with none beeing finer. One of the tougher dates in MS66 condition or higher.
