The 1963-P Lincoln cent is very common in circulated condition all the way up to MS63 grade. Many examples can still be easily found in circulation. For examples grading MS64 and higher they usually come from rolls or mint sets. In MS65 condition they are still easily available without paying any large premium and probably can be purchased raw for under $1. In MS66 condition they are now scarce with probably less than 1,500 coins in existence in this grade or higher. In MS67 condition they are very difficult to come by and only a few have been discovered in this grade. Probably no more than a dozen examples exist in MS67 condition and there are probably no MS68's or higher that exist.
