Rings of red, yellow, green give way to the center of blue on both sides!

The 1978-D Eisenhower Dollar seems to be the scarcest coin in high uncirculated condition from all the Eisenhower Dollars that were struck at the Denver Mint. Possibly fewer than 1,000 examples have survived in MS66 condition. In MS67 condition it is almost non-existent with the exception of one lone example that has been graded MS67 with none being finer.
