The 1991-D Kennedy Half Dollar is easy to obtain in most grades ranging up to about MS65. Examples in MS66 are tougher but with enough searching examples can be found are obtained inexpensively. In MS67 they are very hard to find and expect to pay a significant premium for examples in this condition or higher.
