The 2001-D Kennedy Half Dollar is not considered scarce since close to 20 million examples were struck. In MS67 however, it is hard to find and requires a lot of searching through Uncirculated rolls, bags or mint sets. In MS68 condition they are very difficult to find. Anything grading higher than MS68 is almost unheard of and should definitely be graded, as they would be one of the finest examples known, if any are ever found in this condition.
